A monocultivar oil produced and obtained 100% from a single type of olive: correggiolo. Correggiolo has long since found in our hills of Emilia-Romagna a favorable environment for its cultivation. It is an intensely fruity monocultivar reminiscent of the green olive. The olive harvest of this cultivar takes place in mid-October and represents the noble olive of central Italy and one of the absolute best on the peninsula. For its taste characteristics it has been awarded numerous national and international awards year after year. Its green color of fresh olive is another of its unique characteristics. Proof of the production that takes place in the mill and from the quality of the land.
